- How does this work?
- Each person needs to decide how they can best enter into this prayer for themselves. Some people are dressing up and kneeling, standing, and sitting like normal. Others are cozied up on a couch under a blanket. Put yourself in the best place to fully enter into this prayer.
- Remember: Attending Mass online is really hard since we are not used to it. So be patient with yourself; it is worth the effort!

- Jesus, may all that is in you flow into me.
May your body and blood be my food and drink.
May your passion and death be my strength and life.
Jesus, with you by my side enough has been given.
May the shelter I seek be the shadow of your cross.
Let me not run from the love which you offer.
But hold me safe from the forces of evil.
On each of my dyings shed your light and your love.
Keep calling to me until that day comes.
When with our saints, I may praise you forever.
Amen. - David Fleming, S.J. Soul of Christ Prayer, Hearts on Fire: Praying with the Jesuits - My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen. - St. Alphonsus Ligouri
- Jesus, may all that is in you flow into me.
